RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligible for return:
Item unused, in original condition, with original packaging.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos at contact.nebulia.support@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Change of mind returns:
If you simply change your mind, you're welcome to return the item within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations:
Orders that have already shipped can no longer be canceled.
